Anyone have any experience in getting ATT to fix lines that they cut?
My friend's underground powerline was cut by ATT. The local ATT person he was talking two has horrible communication and seems to be avoiding paying to fix the damage they caused.
The power company installed a temp wire laying on the ground and is charging $300 a month rent for it. They said ATT must hire an electrician to fix it.
So far I tried the twitter help and they actually gave a claim number and said they would take care of it, but I dont know if ATT will actually follow through.
I was just wondering if anyone else went through ATT cutting underground lines before. I am afraid ATT will refuse to pay to fix it.
