I didn't call until this morning because I actually figured it was a problem on their side. No other electronics at my house died, the router functions continue to work and it keeps trying to connect.
Phone supports solution is to send me a new rg that should arrive Monday as he said the problem appeared to be on my side. I have max plus 18, will they likely send me another nvg589? Does their diagnosis sound likely? Should I really not run my ethernet through a surge protector like the tech who did my original install said? I feel foolish for not using it now.
Just curious and a bit bored as I sit at my house experiencing the internet through a marginal cell connection. Thanks for any ideas.
