Strange situation with a friend of mine. New uVerse install. Computers and speed all work fine. Issue is with netflix. One smart tv connected via ethernet does not have any issue. 2nd tv connected via Roku is the one having the problem. It will intermittently have a can't connect to netflix message. This Roku was initially connected via ethernet and I swapped it to WiFi to see if the problem would go away. It did not.
Are there any firewall rules, port forwarding rules, etc., that I can change in the NVG589 to possibly solve the issue. Prior to the uVerse upgrade, they had plain AT&T dsl with the provided dsl motorola modem...it was trouble free at that point which makes me think it's something with the NVG589 settings.
