Uverse VOIP Issue

Here's a head scratcher for y'all... We have U300, Unlimited Voice and Max Plus internet... bonded pair on 25/2 profile with an NVG589. Service has been rock stable with great TV, nominal internet speed (I'm getting what I'm paying for), and excellent phone service... until yesterday sometime after 13:30 CDT. Now, we can no longer make or receive calls... but we did have a dial tone. When I called in, the call would go straight to voicemail; when I called out, I got either silence or the "fast busy" signal. I've checked the myatt troubleshooting tool, all green. All the lights on the 589 are green and as they should be. A hard wired phone plugged into the back of the RG yielded the same result. Went into the RG's UI and restarted the voice service, and now it's stuck on "Registering", whereas it said "Registered" before I restarted; last successful registration was at 19:00 CDT yesterday, 23 March. Now I get a "fast busy" instead of a dial tone. Server it was last registered with was 12.194.144.69. Any known Uverse voice server problems going on? Thanks!
