Last Spring when the time changed to DST, all the phones in my house on Uverse Voice did not change. I contacted ATT and after about 5 hours of trouble shooting with them on the phone they decided it was a system programming problem. About a month later I got a call from one of the system engineers saying the problem was fixed.
So now the time changes again and the problem still exists. In the RG, under the voice tab, the time stamp of all calls is showing -5 from GMT which is now wrong and should be reading -6. The broadband tab shows the time correct as -6 which is why my TVs are showing the correct time.
I'm thinking this only affects NVG589 RGs but don't know for sure. I can manually set the time in all my phones, but ATT sends out the time signal with the caller ID so every time I get a call it sets my phone back to regular time, not DST.
Does anyone know a way to get this fixed without having to spend hours on the phone?
