Just got the new ATT gigabit package in Austin, TX, connection problems

Ok, this is a bit of a complicated situation, and I'll try to explain it the best I can. I just got connect with ATT's Gigapower internet... hitting a consistent 930mbps+ upload and download. It's super fast and awesome, and for the most part the connection itself works great! The problem started with I ordered the smallest block of static IPs that they had. Ever since setting them up, my local network will drop when trying to connect to the static IP, depending on a few factors. Here's my setup that normally replicates the problem each time: I have a game server on one of the static IPs. This game server is hosted in a Windows 2012 Hyper-V. I can connect to that gameserver itself just fine with no issues. I also have Team Speak hosted on that VM. Occasionally, I can connect to both of them, but when users start joining Team Speak, my Teamspeak connection will drop, as well as my girlfriends XBox One live connection. During this time, I remain connected to the gameserver in game. Now, it gets a little stranger. My local network is the ONLY connection that drops. Users are still able to connect to the gameserver and Teamspeak at the same time. They never have issues connecting... only internally do I have issues. Here's a few things that I've tried so far: Replacing the RG (went from the NVG599 to the NVG589) Replacing the IP Block (ATT was claiming that it was 'bad'....) Replacing the Cat wires Using the Host machine instead of the VM Using different static IPs on the block Any other ideas of what I may be doing wrong? Again, it's only an internal conflict. Externally, there are no problems. Users can connect to both servers at the same time with no issues.
