I have 6rd enabled on my 2Wire 3800HGV (firmware 6.11.1.29-plus), which is set up for static IPv4 and has DMZplus enabled for each host. Outbound v6 connections are working fine, even port 25... in fact, they are much more reliable than IPv4 somehow, which drops my SSH connections after a few minutes or hours.
However, I can't ping the IPv6 addresses of my hosts from the outside, nor can I connect to any of their open ports. I was hoping that the DMZplus setting would cover IPv6 as well, but apparently not. Is there any way to fix this? I was thinking that if I could enable DHCPv6, I might be able to see the v6 addresses on the Settings->LAN->IP Address Allocation page and disable the firewall from there, but the DHCPv6 checkbox is disabled.
Is there any way to do this, or do I have to try to get a 3rd party tunnel working again? Thanks!
