I just moved into a newly developed subdivision that's been wired for fiber optic....I can see the ATT box right outside my property line...but customer care does not show my address available for Uverse or DSL. Besides feeling like I've reverted back to the early 90's, I work from home so no internet is not an option.
The neighbor 7 houses down (same side of street) has Uverse, so I know it should be available. Has anyone had any luck navigating the customer care chain of command to get a real answer regarding availability timeframe or better yet, getting service activated? TIA
