We have 2 Galaxy S4 smartphones on our AT&T cell plan. While at home they are used on our Uverse internet through wifi from the Uverse modem. For awhile now the internet from the Uverse modem has not been working properly on the S4 phones, but works fine on the computers and iPhone. Facebook doesn't load, internet doesn't load and if it does it takes about 10 minutes for anything to show up. Its as if it has the weakest signal even when within 5 feet of the modem. My guess is it is either something with the S4 phones or something with the Uverse modem, but the Uverse modem is new as we just has the newest one installed here a few weeks ago. Does anyone know what could be the problem here?
