NVG589 Constant disconnects

I have been having some issues with my NVG589 over the last week or so. I get a significant number of disconnects on the broadband side. The router seems to lose the connection and then initiates a reconnect. This has happened around 5-10 times (maybe more) over about a week or so. Anyone else run into this problem? I don't know if it's a hardware issue, or something on the Uverse line side. FYI, this is in the Bay Area, and I am on the 45mbit plan. I just forced a hardware reset reverting to factory defaults to see if that will fix the problem. Thanks.
