Need help troubleshooting

Hey everyone. I switched from cable to U-verse a little less than a year ago, and so far everything has been great. We've been extremely happy with the TV, and internet service. However I started having a issue with the gateway (NVG589) rebooting for seemingly no reason that I can find. Thankfully the rate of the reboots has been very low for the most part. About 2 times last month and it just happened again this morning. The only consistent thing about it when it dose happen is that it's always very early in the morning (3AM-~5AM). My first thought was maybe some kind of scheduled maintance in my area due to the consistent time frame it happens. I've been reading up about how u-verse/V-DSL tech works, but I've had nothing but cable in the past so its all very new to me. I'm going to post the diagnostics log from my gateway, as well as a screen shot of my broadband status. Thanks for any help guys. It's def not a major issues since its not a daily/weekly thing but I'd be curious to hear any ideas.
