My previous 12 month promotion ended in Nov 2014. Fortunately I called in time and they offered me 12 months at $30 instead of sticking with the non promotion at $68.
1 month later I get a bill for $64!
Viewed my bill online and it shows the new promotion was applied on the day I call but then was cancelled a few days later (not by me).
Took a while but they fixed it, except now I was being charged $30.50 for 12 months, or half price of the 18Mbps rate.
1 month later (today) I get a bill for $61. . . . .
WTH? Of course it's too late to call the retention dept tonight. My online acct shows that 2 services were cancelled last month and nothing new started. . .
Anyone else experience this? Never been a problem for me the past renewal times.
Arrgh - very frustrating.
