Has anyone got IPv6 (6rd) enabled on a 5031NV-030? Since AT&T is blocking IPv6 tunnels, I need to get this enabled in my replacement RG for a specific client project.
I had IPv6 enabled on my 3600HGV which a tech swapped out yesterday for a new 5031NV-030 while resolving a loss-of-bandwidth problem. When I first got U-verse it took one 5 min phone call to get IPv6 enabled on the 3600HGV. The tech spent almost two hours in online chat with his support who claimed it was enabled on my 5031NV, but it wasn't, and then I spent a couple more hours on the phone being bounced around among the various support groups, none of whom seemed to know *anything* about IPv6!
I believe it already has the latest available firmware (9.8.1.489233-att) according to uvrealtime.com. The ATT compatibility test (https://esupport.att3.2wire.com/online-tool/compat-tool) says it needs a firmware upgrade (which I hope just means the same as the feature needs to be enabled).
The RG's Diagnostics Link Tree (below) suggests it is there but disabled, just like it was originally on my 3600HGV, so what does it take to get this enabled?

It is very frustrating that AT&T doesn't seem to have an accessible ticket system that would enable issues to get tracked and escalated when they are not resolved at a lower level.
