for the longest time i was able to get 50Mbps download (wired into the nvg589)
then recently did a test using several devices and can't get beyond 23Mbps. the tech came out and checked the router and wiring on the side of the house. he said our lines were not great and was going to put in a ticket to have someone else come in and look at it... he also came in the house and tried a swap out of the nvg589 and the speeds were still half of what they should be.
the new guy came the next day (9 am) then i got a text at the end of the day (around 6pm) saying hey fixed a network issue. well, whatever they didn't didn't fix my speed loss at all.
I don't know what else to do at this point. I'm paying for 50... had 50 and now i'm not... and they seem like they don't really care that i'm not getting what i paid for.
