My aunt recently decided to get internet installed and AT&T offered her a package on her current phone and internet. She accepted it. She was understanding that she could keep her same number. They came and installed it and now she has a new number instead. She is 80 years old and has had that number for over 20 years at least. She is trying to get her old number back to no avail. Did AT&T screw her or is it possible to get it back? If so how can it be done? She has been calling for a week now and nothings been fixed.
