Surprised to receive above text message.
This is the black, vertical box labelled "at&t U-verse" on the front. It was given to me by a service technician maybe a year ago and has been working flawlessly ever since. I am not sure I want to return it...
Any idea why they want it back? What will I get in return? Will I have to pay a lease fee? Tried to get an answer to all those questions but got the "Please call back during business hours" message. :(
