Using Static IPs Properly

Hi all, I have Uverse with FTTH and the 45Mbps package. I also have 16 static IP addresses. When AT&T setup my NVG589 to use the static addresses, they didn't give the RG itself one of the static IPs. The only thing I can find in the settings is to go to the device in the RG and assign it a static WAN IP, but there is no way to assign the RG a static WAN IP from the block I have. I want to be able to have all my general devices on one static IP and certain devices like webcam servers and media servers on separate static IPs. Can anyone help with this? AT&T is, as usual, no help. Thanks!
