Been with Uverse for 2 years now, with U200 TV and Uverse Pro internet. First year, got the new-signing discount, for about $85 per year. Second year, ATT agreed to keep the same pricing and same service. For this (third) renewal period, my first call to customer service, they wouldn't budge - first spoke to India CS, then transferred to customer retention, no luck. Waited 3 days, and called customer retention directly, told them I wanted to cancel due to better pricing at DirecTV and Cox. They raised the price by $5 and increased internet to Uverse Elite; all for $90 with a new 1-year contract. So I'll stay with Uverse, at least for another year.
