Need some advice on who to contact at AT&T.
Had my service installed (U-Verse Power 45 & U450) two weeks and two days ago--and there have been 5 repair appointments to try and get services functioning.
Problems are occurring with:
- DNS servers unreachable in modem log;
- TV DVR not recording;
- TV freezing with on-screen error messages;
- Internet not working;
- "Phantom" shows being placed on list; and
- Slow browsing and speediest (~18-20 instead of 45).
Today technician was scheduled to be on-site from 12 PM to 4 PM, at 3:45 PM called to see what E.T.A. was--no technician schedule to be on-site.
One-to-One Customer Service has been contacted, supervisors requested--and still no fully functioning service.
Any suggestions?
