AT&T provided battery backup was replaced a few weeks ago by a field tech and it was very hard and took multiple customer service calls to even get that done. It is now out (blinking red.) I can get no where with standard customer support. All support does is ask me question after question, then transfer me over and over. Several times the AT&T system has hung up on me during the transfers - then repeat the process with no help ever.
Would someone please help me?
