Very disappointed right now I was told at sign up that my area was getting 12mpbs (uverse) in the area .. so I said great I will take it .so after self installation I test out the speed I was just little at 6mbps so I call customer care complain my case to them they said we will send a tech out.. tech arrive said my lines was max out and said I can't get 12mpbs only 6mpbs..so i said there no upgrading the wire to my house or run some extra wires to house he said no... I'm confused right now all I want to know if something can be done as far as running or Upgrading wires so I can get 12mbps to the house . Dont know if the techs are lazy or what but im not happy the services...Feel like I be told a lie just to leave my other internet provider.6mpbs is not a enough for me and the family. Why would customer services tell me one thing then the tech get here its a whole different story....looking for a solution, any one ...thanks in advance
