So, I've done some searching around and haven't found much, just look for some help from people a bit more knowledgeable than me.
I had new service installed today. The tech was probably out here for close to 6 hours trying to help me figure out why the speeds over wifi were so much slower. He went above and beyond considering wired speeds were fine, and that's all they guarantee.
Right now wired with 1 TV on (would turn it off but the fam is watching Frozen): I get a solid 42 down.
If I attempt it from any wireless device I struggle to get 12-13 down.
Attached is my inSSIDer stats, can anyone tell me if I am just screwed because of all the other devices in my neighborhood? I've tried switching channels and everything. The tech tried 2 different NVG589's, showed me my line stats which were fine. At a loss? Help? :)
