The set top box died (Saturday evening).
I called in the problem.
They are going to ship a replacement by UPS, to arrive Tuesday.
I'm disgusted. Given the amount we pay, per month, I would have expected that they would dispatch a technician and have it replaced within 24 hours or less.
Yes, they will give a credit for the days without TV. But this is still appalling service.
