Any help would be appreciated

Three weeks ago I had u-verse installed. Since the install there has not been a single day where one/all of the services would go down. Sometimes I end up having to restart the modem several times a day. I have had several techs come out to try to fix the problem but none seem to have been able to find a solution. If someone would be able to maybe figure out what the problem might be from the screenshot below that would be greatly appreciated!
