problem getting ATT POTS line ported to my new Uverse VOIP line

I mistakenly posted this in Uverse forum, but meant to post in ATT Direct. Sorry Hello I had Uverse Internet and VOIP installed last Saturday, July 12th. There was an issue getting my existing ATT POTS line ported to the new SIP line. I have dialtone, and can make calls. But I can't receive calls. The installer was on the phone for 3 hours on Tuesday trying to get it resolved, but it still doesn't seem to be ported over. His manager has tried as well, but they seem to get the runaround because the due date is erroneously set for 2036 or 2039. Anyway, I just want my phone to work. When I call out, my correct # shows on caller ID. I just can't receive calls. My Internet works fine. Please contact me and I will provide my contact info and account info. Thanks a lot. Justin
