Determined to Qual

In a recent post I inquired about moving to the Power Tier. At the same time I engaged the first level of support at ATT. Unfortunately, I think I've made my task more difficult by speaking with ATT at all before understanding how this all works. A week ago I saw the Power Tier as an upgrade option on my account and on the address search on the ATT site. Now the highest I see is 18mbps. :( I have found 2 users here who have similar lines stats to mine (one also in Dallas), and have managed to get on the Power Tier. Attached are my current line stats from the NVG589, which (correct me if I'm wrong) indicates I currently have a bonded pair. Here are posts from the 2 users here. Each has stated (with enough persistence) they upgraded to the Power Tier. http://i.dslr.net/syms/6c8d889396070d5873600e8b3f162468.png http://i.dslr.net/syms/e6655ca7f219895bb352eebfb8a7d31c.jpg From what I understand each line should be able to sync at about 80% of the 39Mbps max rate attached. To the obvious question: I didn't just put in order to upgrade my account on the site because I was able to score a 50% discount awhile back, and I wanted to keep it. Is Tier 2 support my best next option?
