Been with uverse for many years and have been able to record the entire season of all my shows with no problem but now as of about 4 weeks ago it will only record them for about 2 weeks or as far out as the guide will go so about every 2 weeks I have to go in and set all my series' to record again. Went by my parents house in same city and theirs is doing the same thing. Got no help from AT&T uverse chat . Their suggestion was to reset the dvr which would lose all my recordings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
