Hello all,
The landlord switched our power off and then, seconds later, back on - and since then, I have had trouble connecting to the internet. The power is working now (all the lights came back on, + the NVG589 has green lights showing for power, wireless, and broadband1) but when I try to get on the internet, I get a page saying that the unit has no battery/is not connected to a charge (this is also reflected in the lack of green light for "battery" on the unit). I've trying unplugging the unit and plugging it back in and resetting it, to no avail. I don't understand why the battery is a problem if the power is on. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for your help!
