We are looking at HSI for a Veterans Organization that has a public bar. Charter cable and U-Verse are available. Charter's prices are easy to understand. AT&T hides too much information. Their web site has 768.0 Kbps to 45.0 Mbps "starting" at $45/month. I assume that means after the 3 months of introductory pricing that it goes to $90/month, correct? Is there a gateway/router leasing fee added also? Regarding the "768.0 Kbps to 45.0 Mbps", Does this actually mean if we are far from the CO (we are) that we pay the same for about 768Kbps as someone close to the CO that gets the 45Mbps? Appreciate any insight.
