ATT Uverse simply will not keep a signal for my service

Had UVerse installed over two weeks ago. Since then, the service has never gone more than 24 hours without dropping off completely and on a good day works for probably 2-3 hours before dropping off completely. Less than 1 day after the install, I started seeing the dreaded red-blinking light on the modem. Since then I've had 3 service techs out to my house - Inside tech came and diagnosed the problem as having to do with an issue between the house and the switch - It took an entire week to get the ticket for my case escalated to an outside wiring tech - The first outside tech immediately claimed to have spotted the probem, spent about 6 hours resolving it, and left as soon as he got all green on his diagnostic tests. Less than 2 days later, the service was dead in the water again - The second outside tech, who I could not schedule until another 2 days, spent 8 hours, removed a 'bypass' between here and the CO, and the also got the diagnostics to pass. - Less than 12 hours later, the service dropped again and has been dead ever since. Before the last tech came, the original inside tech guy filed a ticket to have them replace the port, but the outside tech guy insisted that is not the problem and that it should be 'good to go now'. This is beyond frustrating, and I have already escalated as far as I know how. I just don't think the service actually works, or they have technicians who are simply not capable of diagnosing and fixing the issue. any guidance on what do besides cancelling the service would be appreciated.
