I have the Power Tier internet as well as TV service and I am having a bit of a problem. For some reason, I can not get up to 45 mbps whenever I do a speed test. I just had my modem swapped out yesterday and that did not really help. The tech here yesterday showed me my lines on his iPad and there is nothing wrong with them. I am just about 600ft away from the VRAD. I will post them below here. I have no idea on what I should do now.
From looking at other people that have the Power tier, one thing that I notice is that one line is higher than the other. I used to have Max Turbo and never had a problem like this until the second line was added in.
