After one week of no TV, no Telephone and no Internet, ATT U-Verse posts in their system that everything is repaired. Not at my house. Apparently, my port is bad and there are no more empty ports. Instead of replacing the bad port, technicians come and go and talk to engineering and order the repair work, but somewhere in the repair department the repair is cancelled. The technicians that have come, both outside and inside, have all diagnosed my problem but nobody seems to be able to make the repair due to it being an "engineering problem". I am giving up and cancelling my service. Comcast is available but they can't install for another week. Will I lose my email address on att.net?
