After 2 days and 2 different techs, they have yet to resolve my issue. I am currently paying for the 18Mbps plan. Over Wifi, I am only getting anywhere from 1-6Mbps. The techs came out and replaced my modem, ran new lines from my modem, to the poles and down to the distrobox. He also said he replaced whatever feeds my line in their distrobox.
All the devices I am using, even the techs Ipad could only pull 1-6Mbps. We tried my laptop over ethernet and I got 21Mbps. So he said he didn't know and pretty much said AT&T doesn't guarantee wifi speeds.
They gave me a new NVG589 modem and have tried every channel to no avail. Any Ideas?
