So I live in a house in a neighborhood, and I get TV, internet, and phone all through UV. Last night I had my service profile successfully changed to 32/5. Today I contacted (albeit via the silly chat interface... b/c I'm at work lol) support about upgrading my internet speeds from my crappy 18/1.5. The guy verified that my profile had been updated and he could up me to 24/3. Cool. Well, then I asked about pricing, yatta yatta, and he came back and changed his answer to "Sorry, can't upgrade you, the 'system' hasn't updated yet." Clearly I'm no expert on the subject, and I probably know just enough to sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about (which I don't), but does this make sense? I really need to up my bandwidth, especially my upload (I stream games online)
Oh, and FWIW... neighborhood is only about 10 years old, with parts of it still being built, 2 HDTVs in house one through WAP one on DVR, 1 SDTV on WAP.
