Hello,
I will be getting U-verse internet (12mb) activated this Friday and I have a few questions. I am getting a Self-install and my question is will a tech replace the NID outside of my house. I live in a old Bellsouth area and the NID's are so old.
I don't think there are any problems but, just to be sure.
I may be converting that to U-verse TV and 45mbps internet soon, been having a lot of problems with TWC here in North Carolina. Just seems like they could care less if our service was working or not. I am very close to the VRAD. Maybe 400-500 ft. I can see it up the street from my window. How does everybody else like it? Picture quality?
