uverse goes down about 5 to 10 times a day for a minute to a few minutes. basically the green light goes red for a minute or 2 and then back to green. this happens everyday. somedays more then others. this has been happening ever since we had the service... we called a year or 2 ago. they did a bunch of stuff even dug up the lawn.. set we thinked we fixed.... they mentioned maybe a short in the line somewhere. anyways is this the best service I can get or expect with the internet going down randomly every day. I looked in the uverse router and I see lots of errors. please advise.
