I've been trying to connect security camera dvr with NVG510 so I can see the camera with my phone app. I went through many postings about this but still having a problem. Here's my settings Subnets & DHCP Private LAN Subnet Device IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.254 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 DHCPv4 Start Address: 192.168.1.64 DHCPv4 End Address: 192.168.1.253 Public Subnet Public Subnet Enable: On Public IPv4 Address: 23.127.141.246 Public Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 DHCPv4 Start Address: 23.xxx.xxx.xxx DHCPv4 EndAddress: 23.xxx.xxx.xxx Primary DHCP Pool: Public So the DVR gets 23.xxx.xxx.xxx DHCP IPaddress and I can see it from Device List in NVG510. However, when I try to open the port through NAT/Gaming I don't see DVR's ip address. Although I was able to add custom services to put the name and port number for DVR, "Needed by Device" drop down menu is empty. Can someone help me on this? thank you.
