Geographic scope of service loss?

I have a total loss of U-Verse service (Iptv, VoIP, broadband) this evening, but don't see "red" in my area on this map. http://downdetector.com/status/att/map Is the map valid for U-Verse? Is there an issues/outage map with better granularity about which class of AT&T services are impacted? This outage, in my immediate area (at least the entire VRAD), isn't making the next "bill bloat" surcharge entitled, Regulatory Video Cost Recovery Charge, any more palatable. It's the newest line item and a coming attraction ... on a U-Verse bill in June.
