Suspicious inbound session activity

This may not be the right forum for this but since it's from my UVerse modem log I thought I would start here first. Am seeing some suspicious inbound log entries that look like those below. Should I be concerned? I recently upgraded from 6MB plan to 18MB plan and immediately started seeing 21MB speeds on speedtest.net. This morning my speed dropped to about 12MB and my DSL Line User Rate dropped from over 27000 kbps to 13200 kbps. Doesn't seem like these should be related (the suspicious inbound and the speed drop) but I'm pretty clueless about such matters.
