I get slow download speed from this houston speed test server
http://speedtest.hou02.softlayer.com/speedtest/
the slow speed is only on this route during their evening hours.
I get full speed to everywhere else in texas.
To isolate the problem, which tracert will show the path taken when I DOWNLOAD from the hou02.softlayer server?
If I tracert speedtest.hou02.softlayer.com, does that show upload path or download path to my home pc?
