Generally happy with our U-verse service, but growing impatient with an ongoing problem. Every night, usually around 11:30, the signal degrades terribly. I've only done minimal troubleshooting -- taking all other devices off he network -- but unsure of where to go next.
We're typically all in bed at this time, so we only notice it in DVR-ed programs that we've had to reschedule for later showings. Almost invariably, the recordings are more garbled than watchable.
I'm dreading calling support without any evidence or more information, so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues or if anyone can offer me any troubleshooting tips.
