I've been blissfully ignorant of my Uverse service (18/1) for four years now. It works OK for internet service, however when watching Hulu or Aereo I get an occasional buffering event that freezes the video. Sometimes it recovers, most times it does not. I used to have Uverse TV but cancelled it because I only watch about 1 hour of TV per day. I do work from home quite a bit and would like to have improved service.
I finally decided to look further into this and quickly got lost in the terminology (learning) however I'm beginning to see a few things and need your help. As I learned more I decided to ask for manual qualification of a Power tier 45/6 since I see that others have had success in my area.
I have downloaded UV Realtime and the initial readings are posted above. I read some of the supporting documentation for Realtime however with my limited knowledge to date I am not sure of what I am seeing. I would appreciate your input on the stats above to help me learn more about Uverse. I'd like to be an educated Customer when (if) I get Power tier service. Thanks.
