All of a sudden my Line 1 has gone to crap on me. In all the years I've had UVerse service my Line 1 has always been rather reliable.
I suspect it was the abnormally harsh winter we've had here in the midwest. Our lines are underground/cross under roads and I suspect that the extremely low temps and abnormal volumes of snow have somehow impacted our local wiring.
Has anyone else noticed that their installation has been impacted by the abnormal temperatures/weater this winter?
I figure I'll have to wait until sometime this spring to have anything done about it if something has indeed gone wrong since there is nothing anyone can do about anything when it is all frozen solid and under several feet of ice/snow.
