So right before Christmas, the AT&T sales people were going door to door in our neighborhood saying "Gigapower is in your neighboorhood" (Lost Creek subdivision of Austin). But, when I go online to check it out, whereas previously I could get 24 mbs internet, TV, and home phone, now I can only get 18 Mbs internet, and no TV. WTF? I called U-Verse new customer ordering and they, of course, don't see anything differently.
I'm sick of TWC, but there's no point switching to U-verse if I can't even get TV out of it, let alone slower Internet...
Any advice appreciated. Is it because the local VRAD or whatever is full?
