Hello, I just had the technician install my new uverse modem, however for some bs reason he took out the backup battery for the new router/modem? He claimed that we didn't have ATT phone service so he took the backup battery from the modem. I think that's a load of crap and I want to call this technician and ATT to complain so hopefully they'll send me the backup battery for the router/modem at no cost. It's just one problem after another with ATT. This maybe my last year with these crooks than I'm switching to Time Warner.
What should I do? Thanks in advance
