I'm a bit frustrated with AT&T Uverse. I'm still under the promotional period and have been since early October.
Now my bill has increased due to some new fees. They claim I'm still getting the same promotional savings but the base price has increased. They said to also expect another increase in March.
I always assumed if you are in a promotional period, you're good at that price for the whole year. Then if AT&T wants to increase your rate, they will after you're first year. Kind of like leasing a home. The landlord can't go and increase your rent after signing a lease.
Am I right in that the promotional rate should stay constant for that 1 year period as agreed to up front?
