We have the whole house DVR system with the main unit wired with Cat 5 and a 2nd one being wireless. Several times a week we lose signal on the wireless receiver and have to reboot it to regain the connection. It's almost directly below the RG (589) which is on the 2nd floor of the total distance is 12 feet or less. The wireless system has are been replaced once for this problem with no improvement. Does anybody have any ideas or should I just have them come and wire it Cat 5 like the other one?
