I recently had U-verse internet (Max Plus 18 Mbps) and phone installed. So far I've been generally pleased, the connection has been much more stable than my old DSL 6 Mbps plan. I did have to call support and when the line tech came out he mentioned something about a "mismatched" line length in our bonded pair service and needing another service call where the tech can find another copper pair.
Any thoughts or recommendations for me to follow-up? Anything I need to ask the line tech or make sure happens? I just want to be able to talk more intelligently about what he mentioned.
Here is a shot of the current broadband status. Please let me know if I should attach a different statistics screen. Not sure it matters, but I do have an Asus RT-N66W setup behind the Motorola NVG589 RG.
