Installation frustration

I called AT&T two weeks before my move into a newly built house to schedule my installation of Gigapower. The day before my installation, I was called and told they ran out of ports in the box down the street, and the deadline to fix that was 2/4. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. I called AT&T two weeks in advance in order to make sure the fiber could be pulled by the time I moved in. I called today to see if engineering was still on schedule to fix the problem for 2/4. I was told the problem definitely won't be fixed by 2/4, and there is now no ETA for the fix. I will just 'receive a call' when engineering has resolved the issue to reschedule my install.
