Being 3200ft from the VRAD, but having these stats, would I be able/eligible to get the Power Tier and/or at least Max Turbo?

EDIT: It seems that I am now on the 55 Meg profile, which I did not realize. Before, I was on the 25 Meg profile. Sure enough, I can now not only order Max Turbo, but I can now order Power internet at my address!
All of my neighbors still show the 18 meg package as highest available speed. Is this the first time someone relatively far from the VRAD had been able to order 45/6 internet and/or been stable on a 55 meg profile?
